廣西國際民商事調(diào)解中心(英文名稱:Guangxi International Civil and Commercial Mediation Center,縮寫:GICCMC，以下簡稱“調(diào)解中心”)是由廣西律師協(xié)會、廣西公證協(xié)會、 廣西仲裁協(xié)會舉辦的開展國內(nèi)外民商事調(diào)解工作的非營利性社會組織，業(yè)務(wù)主管單位是廣西壯族 自治區(qū)司法廳，登記管理機(jī)關(guān)是廣西壯族自治區(qū)民政廳。
Guangxi International Civil and Commercial Mediation Center (hereinafter referred to as “GICCMC”, "Mediation Center"), supervised by the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and registered at the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is a non-profit social organization established by Guangxi Lawyers Association, Guangxi Notary Association and Guangxi Arbitration Association to carry out domestic and foreign civil and commercial mediation.

調(diào)解中心位于南寧市良慶區(qū)平樂大道10號商務(wù)區(qū)4號樓中國—東盟經(jīng)貿(mào)中心12層[中國(廣西)自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)公共法律服務(wù)中心]。調(diào)解中心設(shè)理事會、監(jiān)事、顧問委員會和秘書處，首批在冊調(diào)解員90名，調(diào)解員構(gòu)成包括律師、專家學(xué)者，按照首席調(diào)解員、獨(dú)任調(diào)解員及調(diào)解員分級管理，調(diào)解領(lǐng)域覆蓋調(diào)解中心的案件受理范圍。
GICCMC is located at 12/F, China-ASEAN Economic and Trade Center [Public Legal Service Center of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone], Building 4, Business Area No.10 Pingle Avenue, Liangqing District, Nanning. GICCME has organization structuring of council, supervisors, advisory committee and secretariat. The number of first batch of registered mediators is 90, including lawyers, experts and scholars. The mediators are managed according to the level of chief mediator, independent mediator and mediator, and the mediation field covers the case scope of GICCMC.

調(diào)解中心受理國內(nèi)外市場主體在貿(mào)易、投資、并購、金融、證券、保險、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、房地產(chǎn)、建筑工程以及其它商事、海事領(lǐng)域發(fā)生的爭議案件;開展培訓(xùn)，研究，對外交流及承接司法機(jī)關(guān)或政府購買服務(wù)等相關(guān)法律服務(wù)。

GICCMC accepts disputes between domestic and foreign market entities in trade, investment, mergers, acquisitions, finance, securities, insurance, intellectual property rights, real estate, construction projects and other commercial and maritime fields, carries out training, research, foreign exchanges and undertakes legal services purchased by judicial authorities or the government.

調(diào)解中心秉承自愿、便捷、規(guī)范、高效的原則，在充分尊重當(dāng)事人意愿的基礎(chǔ)上，幫助當(dāng)事人妥善解決民商事爭議，維護(hù)和諧穩(wěn)定的民商事秩序。

GICCMC adheres to the principles of voluntariness, convenience, standardization and efficiency. On the basis of fully respecting the will of the parties, GICCMC helps the parties properly resolve civil and commercial disputes and maintain a harmonious and stable civil and commercial order.
